Deloitte is a global organization of more than 300,000 and hires approximately 20,000 people, annually. Those professionals work on the world’s most pressing challenges and issues, with a who’s who of elite global companies, and they do far more than tax and audit.

Still, as the competition for talent — particularly in the tech sector — heats up, even a world-leading professional services firm faces recruiting challenges … catching the eye of the best of the best of Gen Z recruits, explaining the breadth of what it does, showing recruits the impact Deloitte makes within their spheres of interest, helping recruits navigate internship and career opportunities. The digital tools we’ve created include three web-based Explore Your Fit apps for students, experienced professionals and professionals in India; an on-campus augmented reality app for career fairs; and a section of Deloitte’s career’s site focused on career journeys. Collectively, these digital tools are helping Deloitte address talent challenges and improve the recruiting process for students, experienced hires and its own recruiters.
