Media Strategist (full time, work remotely or on-site) — Do you get fired up about making an impact on the world by helping others achieve their goals? Are you adept at simultaneously overseeing broad media strategies and managing small details for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment?

In this position you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that meet campaign objectives and reach or exceed client goals in both traditional and digital media. This position requires staying current on emerging trends in media, performing research, evaluating media opportunities, and making recommendations to our internal teams as well as to clients.

This role also requires negotiating the best possible value securing and placing planned buys, tracking buys, and analyzing and interpreting the results throughout each campaign flight.

This position can work off-site and does not have to be located in Missoula, Montana. We ask that you please not apply for this full-time position unless you have a minimum four years of agency, media company or in-house corporate marketing experience, and an appropriate college degree (business, marketing, communications, finance). This includes experience with ad-serving platforms such as LumenAd and third-party monitoring systems such as Sizmek.

You must have the experience and skills to hit the ground running at a fast-growing, high-performance, full-service agency with state, regional and national clients.

Account Manager (full time, on-site) — The primary role of an account manager is to be the day-to-day agency representative to multiple clients and work with the account supervisor as required to service client accounts. You will work closely with internal teams including creative, media, public relations, production and accounting — and will be responsible for giving direction and keeping teams informed of client strategies, goals and tactics.
