STORY
Freyja rides a chariot pulled by two cats.
That’s Freyja the Norse goddess, mind you. Freyja the Pembroke Welsh corgi can only dream of being ferried by felines. Fortunately her stumpy legs get her around just fine as she drags her humans on walks in the neighborhood or makes the rounds in the office, collecting her allotment of tummy scratches, ball tosses and occasional treats.
There’s certainly something deific about Freyja’s origin story. One day, Business Manager Leta was informed by her daughter that a corgi would be an ideal pet. Two days later, Leta’s own mother showed up with a corgi puppy whose ears were bigger than her body. Freyja deigned to allow these mortals to grace her life. The rest is the stuff of legend.
